Deep Strecth
2 COINS PER CLASS
The class focuses on increasing the range of motion and flexibility of the facial system and offers a flow that everyone can participate in. By staying in the poses for a period of time you will be able to feel the deep stretching in your muscles, and provide rapid recovery after high intensity trainings.

Mobility
2 COINS PER CLASS
The class is intended to increase the range of motion and flexibility of the facial system, acknowledge your body, study its movements and aims coordinated work of the core muscles. It will also improve your performance in any kind of physical activity and prevent spine and joint discomforts.

Movement
2 COINS PER CLASS
The class is focused on increasing your movement potential and body awareness to get a new complex movement references, explore capabilities and find new ways to move. The subject will be explored during the class are coordination and manipulation, floor work and locomotion patterns, and more.

Yin Yang
2 COINS PER CLASS
This class blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin is feminine energy, more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is masculine, more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

Power
2 COINS PER CLASS
This class includes sequences that targets the muscles of your entire body, while activating your cardiovascular system. It offers a practice with the combination of breathing and dynamic postures and has stronger, more physical and endurance focused content than other types of yoga.

Advanced
2 COINS PER CLASS
This class builds upon Intermediate Yoga classes, while offering more advanced poses and transitions along with intensity of movement. The strength, balance and flexibility of the attendants will increase through deep intentional breath and consistent flow of corresponding movement while remaining fully present in the moment.

Intermediate
2 COINS PER CLASS
In this class, the poses are kept a little longer, you will try to connect the poses by combining breath and movement. You’ll also experience slightly more advanced poses such as hand, arm balancing, inversions, and backward bending, therefore we strongly recommend attending Yoga Fundamentals classes for at least 2 months to participate in this class.

Fundamentals
2 COINS PER CLASS
This class introduces the alignment of foundational yoga poses, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice due to its slower pace. If you have never practiced yoga before, we definitely recommend you to attend at least 2 months of Yoga Fundamentals before joining other classes in the schedule.

Ashtanga
2 COINS PER CLASS
The class teaches attendants the most basic and fundament parts of a yoga asana practice including breath, bandhas, and drishti. Classes are led by the instructor and all attendants will practice at the same time. In the class, breathing with Ashtanga Yoga First Sequence asanas will be taught.
