First Timer packages are created to allow our guests to experience the services before deciding on their SUC packages. They are one time offer for each service, and each package have 3 classes for 2 class pricing.
Loyalty
Club
Loyalty Club is created to thank ShapeUp’s guests for their loyalty, and allow them to keep their routines with permanent discounts. If you join; 100 Classes and above, you get 10% / 250 Classes and above, you get 15% / 500 Classes and above, you get 20%.
We don’t freeze,
we postpone
If you have SUC package that you couldn’t finish or your termination date is upcoming, you can always postpone your usage term by puchasing (within 3 weeks after the package expiration date) 50 SUC or above packages.

Policy
At ShapeUp, we encourage existing guests to spread the word of ’’ShapeUp’’, any existing guest that introduces a new paying guest to ShapeUp will receive 5 SUC (Valid only for 50 SUC and more purchases).
